Job Title: Business Analyst

Mud Pie is seeking a Business Analyst to join our team and serve as a key resource in business reporting, data maintenance and business process support. The Business Analyst is responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting applications to ensure Mud Pie’s business process are functioning properly.  This role is also responsible for documenting business processes and translating data into digestible information.  In addition, the Business Analyst will support multiple projects simultaneously and be responsible for monthly reporting. This individual should have strong technical knowledge base and apply those skills to support of all Mud Pie departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot enterprise applications, including managing the support process, documenting and implementing resolution
  • Document all business processes
  • Build reports within business applications (Apprise, WMS, SQL)
  • Assist with day-to-day reporting responsibilities, including Month End reporting, Sales reporting, etc.
  • Data administration -- assist in ensuring and maintaining integrity of data throughout the organization.
  • Track and report all system changes and enhancements

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of related experience in a business or data analyst role
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and Access
  • Experience with enterprise applications and databases (SQL, MYSQL, OracleSQL) is required
  • Experience with reporting packages such as QlikView, Cognos, and Tableau
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong problem solving and reasoning abilities
  • Must work well in fast-paced, customer-driven environment with minimal supervision and demonstrate initiative and good judgment
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with separate requirements, demands, and user groups simultaneously
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization 
  • Experience with PLM or WMS systems a plus

Job Title: Technical Designer

Mud Pie is currently seeking a Technical Designer to join our Baby and Fashion team! We are looking for detail-oriented and creative individuals to assist with the technical development process including reviewing and analyzing samples for fit, construction and overall quality. This is a great opportunity for newly graduates and entry-level candiadtes.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in building detailed technical packets utilizing designer flat sketches, tracking garment progress through all stages of the developmental lifecycle.
  • Communicate fit intent and construction to vendors through detailed fit comments, pattern diagrams, pattern corrections, and digital images.
  • Support Technical team in preparing samples and contributing in fit sessions, identifying potential production, quality, and costing issues and proactively making effective recommendations.
  • Assist in measuring and preparing all garments with accuracy before fit sessions.
  • Take fit notes and photos of samples during fit meetings.
  • Provide technical design support to cross functional teams on fit development.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining pattern blocks to achieve proper fit standards as needed.
  • Assist in transitioning Technical Packages into PLM system

Requirements:

  • Senior level in college working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design or related field, or recent graduate of Fashion Design or related field.
  • Excellent organization and leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong pattern-making skills a plus
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft suite, PLM knowledge a plus
  • Knowledge of technical design in women’s apparel and baby/kids apparel a plus
  • Knowledge of technical design grading

Job Title: Account Manager Coordinator

Mud Pie is currently seeking a data-driven and detail oriented individual to join our National Accounts team as an Account Manager Coordinator. The Account Manager Coordinator will be responsible for performing a wide range of account support activities and will be expected to organize, prepare and communicate all projects and deliverables based on deadlines and schedules as determined by the National Account Team. The ideal candidate must be committed to high standards and be proficient in Excel and other data platforms. This individual will work closely with National Account Managers to support retailer item setup, web presence and forecasting needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide Administrative Support to the National Account Sales Team
    • Presentation preparation
    • Compile reports and historic customer sales information
    • Order samples
    • Complete item set ups and other customer required forms/paperwork
    • Fulfill customer requests for images, product information etc.
    • Perform Weekly Reporting Functions
      • YTD sales reports
      • Goal tracking
      • Customer specific performance tracking
      • Plan-O-Gram Assistance
      • Work with Account Managers on customer specific POG projects
      • Complete all new item set ups for Amazon and other web based retailers
      • Work within Amazon internal portal to troubleshoot and grow business                       
      • Review Amazon and other ecomm sites regularly and optimize the listings for better selling    

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and at least 2 years work experience as an administrative assistant or in a sales support position
  • Expert level competency in Microsoft Word, Excel (vlookup and pivot tables) and PowerPoint
  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing (internally and externally)
  • Extremely strong organizational and analytical skills  
  • Time management /Multi-tasking skills – must be able to work at an extremely fast pace and manage multiple projects at the same time to meet required deadlines
  • Ability to pro-actively solve problems within area of responsibility and find solutions independent of the involvement of superiors
